Kicking off Friday 16th November at 2pm until the kegs run dry, we’re one of 20 venues across the country hosting COLLABAGEDON. And we can’t bloomin wait.
Ten of the countries unsung heroes in brewing get together for COLLABAGEDON to brew some stunning beers that will be available on tap at Beer No Evil in Worthing. We’ll be kicking off from 2pm Friday with our four taps being taken over by these beers, we’ll rotate until all 10 are sold. Once they’re gone they’re gone.
As you may know we’re a small space and are only allowed a certain number of people in the shop. That’s why this weekend we’ll also be launching our counter pressure bottle fills using our snazzy filling system - it keeps beer fresh for weeks in your bottle - as beer drinkers we’re a huge fan and oh let me tell you, it’s witchcraft.
Our refillable glass bottles will be £5, but if you have a growler or similar compatible glass bottle already we won’t turn you away. So you’ll be able to buy a heavyweight COLLABAGEDON DIPA or Impy Stout on Sunday and drink it next Friday rather than smashing up your Monday morning meeting by exhalling hoppy malty fumes into your bosses face.
COLLABAGEDON is the brainchild of our mate Andy at Elusive brewing who I know from homebrew meetings in the smoke. He’s an ace brewer and we plan to stock more of his stuff in the future. In the meantime here’s his story on COLLABAGEDON.
